General Guidelines For Students

Every student must carry their school diary, calendar and identity card to school every day.

  • Students are expected to be neatly dressed in full uniform with well trimmed hair and pared nails.
  • If any student cannot wear shoes and socks due to medical reasons, a doctor’s certificate should be produced to the school.
  • Mobile phone or any other electronic gadget is not permitted in the school premises.
  • Students are not allowed to bring any kind of sharp object to the school that can cause injury to others.
  • Students are expected to respect school property. No student should damage school’s furniture, write or draw anything on the walls or furniture. Damage done should be reported at once to the class teacher or school authority.
  • Students can apply for T.C only in the month of April. No student will be issued a transfer certificate until all the dues are not cleared.
  • The students are expected to take active part in the co- curricular activities, educational tours, picnic etc. arranged by the school. No excuse will be granted to students except in case of illness or due to some other serious reason.
  • Student must attend the school assembly regularly. They must reach the school at least five minutes before the assembly.
  • All the student must have the text books and stationery prescribed for their respective classes.
  • No student will be allowed to go out or be taken out of the school compound without obtaining the ‘Out – pass’ from the teacher / school authority
  • Girls are not permitted to wear fancy jewelry at school and may wear a scarf if required.
  • Students are allowed to wear any uniform on their birthday, as we like to celebrate them on that day.
  • Students using the school bus will maintain discipline in the bus and students should not try to get on or off the bus or move about within the bus and they should not extend their arms or head out of the bus while it is in motion
  • Examinations will be held as per the scheduled dates. If any student does not appear in any test or exam, no re- exam will be conducted.
  • If a student is absent due to illness, they must provide a medical certificate; otherwise, the student will be marked as absent without justification.
  • If a student is absent for more than ten consecutive working days without prior notification, the student will only be allowed to rejoin the school if they come with their parent and provide an explanation for their failure to inform the school.
  • Students must have at least 75% attendance for promotion to the next class. This is applicable for students of all classes and strictly for those applying for Board Examination.
  • Students are advised to keep their classroom, school building and campus as clean as possible and throw leftovers into the trash box.
  • Students using unfair means during examination will face disciplinary action as decided by the school authorities. 
  • School can terminate the admission or rusticate the student for ten days on violation of above mention school rules.
